At FancyThings, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FancyThings account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
